A: Our gift cards are fully safe for daily carrying and long-term preservation! Every physical card adopts high-density environmentally friendly card base material matched with food-grade surface coating, complying with international smart card production safety standards, free of irritating volatile substances and harmful printing raw materials. Each finished card goes through multiple rounds of inspection: surface wear resistance test, anti-counterfeiting chip detection, printing integrity check and bending durability test. The cards will not cause skin discomfort when carried close to the body, with stable physical properties, ideal for long-term storage, gifting delivery and repeated swiping consumption.
Q2: How long will I receive the customized gift card parcel after submitting the card issuing order and completing payment?
A: After your payment is verified and confirmed by our system, the production department will finish order auditing, personalized card surface printing, chip data writing, sealed packaging and outbound dispatching arrangements within 1–3 working days. For local delivery orders, the standard delivery cycle is 3–7 working days after shipment. For international cross-border card shipments, the whole delivery cycle spans 7–21 working days; the actual receipt time is subject to overseas logistics capacity, long-distance transit transfer schedules and customs clearance progress of the destination territory.
Q3: Can I track the real-time logistics transport status of my gift card package?
A: Tracking service is fully available for all wealtharrives card issuing orders. Right after the gift card parcel departs our production warehouse, the system will automatically generate an exclusive unique tracking number and send it to your reserved email address. You may paste this tracking number into the official query portal of the corresponding logistics provider to look up real-time transit locations, transfer nodes and estimated delivery date anytime you need.
Q4: What can I do if the received gift card has printing errors, chip failure or physical damage caused during transportation?
A: If the delivered gift card suffers from typographical mistakes, blurry patterns, unreadable chips, bending breakage, extrusion damage or other quality defects in transit, you need to shoot complete clear photos or short videos covering both outer packaging and defective gift cards as valid evidence within 7 calendar days upon parcel signature. Submit a complete after-sales application to our official mailbox: service@wealtharrives.com. Our dedicated after-sales specialists will review your application rapidly, arrange free re-production and re-delivery of new gift cards or process full payment refund, with zero extra charges borne by you.
Q5: Does wealtharrives support global delivery of customized gift cards to overseas purchasers?
A: We provide worldwide delivery coverage, capable of shipping physical gift cards to most countries and regions across the globe, enabling overseas clients to order customized gift cards for gifting, enterprise welfare distribution and personal stored-value use. Kindly note that cross-border parcels will go through customs inspection at the destination port, which may generate official customs clearance fees, import tariffs and other statutory local taxes stipulated by local trade policies. These extra costs are not included in card making fees and base shipping charges, and shall be fully undertaken by the recipient independently.
Q6: Am I allowed to revise customized card details or cancel the submitted card issuing order?
A: You are entitled to apply for free order cancellation, or modify card face customized content, set face value, validity period, recipient delivery address and other order information within 3 working days before the card officially enters formal printing and chip writing production procedures. Once the order is scheduled for mass production, packaging and logistics allocation, modification and cancellation requests cannot be accepted anymore.
