1 Order Cancellation Policies
wealtharrives sets up humanized and flexible service mechanisms and supports eligible users to submit applications for revoking card orders, striving to deliver a relaxed and unrestrained ordering experience for every card purchaser. We set two sets of differentiated cancellation rules for unpaid and fully settled card orders to standardize the full review and disposal workflow.
Unpaid Gift Card Orders
Any outstanding unsettled gift card order can be cancelled voluntarily by users at any time, with no additional constraints or service fees charged. If system failures, misoperations or other technical obstacles prevent self-service cancellation, our professional customer service team will step in promptly to freeze the order and complete cancellation formalities on your behalf quickly.
Paid Gift Card Orders
For orders with full payment verified and confirmed successfully, buyers are eligible to apply for free order cancellation and full payment refund within 48 hours right after payment validation. Once our production department starts card layout printing, chip data writing, packaging preparation and outbound dispatching arrangements, the order formally enters the production and logistics delivery workflow. At this stage, order parameters, customized card content and dedicated packaging materials have been locked and confirmed, and subsequent cancellation requests or information revision applications will no longer be accepted.

2 Formal Card Return & Exchange Specifications
To fully safeguard purchasers’ legitimate consumer rights and interests, wealtharrives launches a 30-day complimentary return and exchange policy applicable to all customized physical gift cards. The valid counting period starts on the exact date you sign for the card parcel. Within this cycle, you are allowed to apply for card re-production replacement or full refund if the delivered cards fail to meet customization requirements or suffer from inherent production quality defects.
Mandatory Eligibility Requirements for Returns & Exchanges
Your after-sales application can only pass official review when the returned physical gift cards fully satisfy all the requirements listed below:
The physical cards must remain intact and unused, with no swiping consumption, surface scratching, artificial engraving, bending deformation or man-made damage; there shall be no stains, abrasion marks, indentations or other traces of human use.
Cards must be returned together with complete original matching accessories, including anti-counterfeit card sleeves, instruction manuals, gift outer boxes and sealed packaging bags. Missing any attached supporting items will directly lead to application rejection during audit.
You must submit a standard after-sales application within 30 calendar days upon parcel signature, together with valid order number and payment voucher for identity verification.
Any cards sent back without prior official review, system confirmation and approval will be rejected outright by our receiving warehouse.
3 Complete After-sales Application Submission Workflow
When you need to apply for gift card return, exchange or remake service, collect all required materials and deliver a full application to our official customer service email. The submission must contain the following core key details:
Exclusive serial number of your gift card order
Exact customized card style, specified face value, quantity of cards to be returned or remade
Concrete after-sales cause (unsuitable preset face value, unsatisfactory personalized printed content, physical card inconsistent with design draft, factory production flaws, wrong card type dispatched and other valid grounds)
Clear real-shot photos or short videos of defective physical cards (compulsory attachment for quality-related after-sales claims)
Our dedicated after-sales audit group will examine your application and attached supporting documents without delay. Once approved, we will email you the authorized receiving address for returned cards and detailed shipping reminders. You are required to deliver the parcel within 7 calendar days after receiving the approval notice, and feed back the logistics tracking number to our team timely to finish goods registration and follow-up disposal.
4 Return Shipping Cost Allocation Standards
We adopt open and fair freight sharing criteria, assigning the return delivery expense liability party according to the root trigger of the after-sales request.
Purchaser Bears Return Freight
If the return or remake application arises from the buyer’s personal subjective factors, such as wrongly selected face value, disliked customized pattern, changed gifting plan, accidental misordering and other non-production quality issues, the full return logistics cost shall be borne solely by the purchaser. The specific charge fluctuates based on card parcel size, total weight and delivery destination, normally ranging from €3 to €10 per single parcel.
Brand Undertakes Return Freight
If the returned gift cards have factory inherent flaws, chip failure, missing accessories, printing typos, wrong dispatch, parcel omission or other problems caused by our internal operational errors, wealtharrives will cover all round-trip shipping fees in full. Meanwhile, we will arrange free re-production and re-delivery of new cards or process full monetary refund in line with your actual demands.
5 Official Refund Implementation Rules
After our warehouse receives the returned card parcel, the QC inspection team will conduct comprehensive checks covering card intactness, outer packaging integrity and completeness of matched accessories. Qualified refund applications will be processed strictly following the rules below:
The full refund sum will be transferred back to your original payment account via the original payment channel within 5 working days after inspection approval.
Once the whole refund procedure finishes, the system will automatically send an official refund completion notification email to your reserved mailbox.
The actual arrival time of refund funds is subject to the internal settlement cycle and management rules of your issuing bank or third-party payment service provider.
Partial Deduction & Application Rejection Clauses
We reserve the right to deduct partial refund amount or fully decline your after-sales application under the following scenarios:
Returned gift cards get scratched, stained, bent out of shape or worn due to improper storage, accidental extrusion or unauthorized use by the purchaser.
Original anti-counterfeit sleeves, gift boxes, matched fittings and other supporting supplies are lost, artificially damaged or tampered with arbitrarily.
6 Troubleshooting for Delayed or Unreceived Refunds
If you still fail to receive the refund amount after the committed processing time limit, carry out self-inspection step by step in accordance with the standardized guide below:
- Check your original payment account balance and recent transaction statements to rule out overlooked arrival notifications;
- Contact your bank customer service or third-party payment platform to confirm whether fund delay or platform system maintenance leads to fund stagnation;
